It has one shallow chip on the rear leg that does not have any effect on it standing. It is very shallow. One foot is signed by Christine Fenton and dated 2009. This planter was purchased from the Sister in Law of Frank Fenton Sr.s family. Attached is a photo of the note that they provided me with. It was given as a gift to get Mary (SIL) to vote for Hoover.
