VINTAGE FENTON SHELL PINK CHESSIE CAT COMPOTE Carnival Iridescent CANDY JAR DISH - Sold on eBay Dec, 15th 2019 for $75.00

Vintage Fenton art glass "Chessie Cat" compote / candy dish with lid.  These candy dishes were made and sold in regards to the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad where Chessie is their mascot.  Textured pale carnival iridescent shell pink glass with sleeping cat.  It's in good condition with no chips, cracks or flaws.  It is marked on the bottom base Chessie by Fenton.  Measures 8-1/2 inches tall and 4-1/2 inches wide.
